      Pros

      Interesting startup, opportunity to work with people from around the world.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks communication and management skills and is not receptive to constructive feedback. Leadership also displayed a lack of respect for employees and travel specialists. The team is not diverse and it felt like there was little tolerance for people who operate/think differently than leadership.

      Essentially everything. My teammates are great, my leadership listens to the ups & downs of each day while providing uplifting support, and I’m grateful to have worked here for nearly 2 years.

      Cons

      None - my benefits are fair, opportunities to earn are constantly available and up to me to capitalize on.

      Pros

      great culture, lots of growth opportunities, very healthy work/life balance, encourages traveling.

      Cons

      Communication can lack at times, but that's the nature of a startup. Nothing to be worried about.
