Pros

kVA has been a great company to work for. The work/life balance is second to none. They offer competitive salary and generous yearly bonuses and the management team truly values their employees. They are always open to ways to continue making the company a great place to work. They are a leader in functional safety consulting so the work can be very rewarding as well. .

Cons

No real cons to mention. The IRA match is 3% but they are working on raising the match before 2017.
