      Great pay over $28 an hour, lots of upward potential, training programs, no work on nights weekends or holidays, no forced overtime, understanding management, no favoritism

      Management is fair and easy to work with. Customers appreciate our service. Quality of product is excellent. Pay is good.

      Not much except that we wear a lot of hats, and do not have extra bodies to pass work off to.
