Pros

* Get to bring your dog to daycare for free * For the most part the hours can be very flexible

Cons

*Be prepared, it gets really hot and humid in the back. The owners control the A/C and even have it locked so no one can adjust it. They have fans but their so old that they don’t really help at all. *The building is practically falling apart, something is always breaking. *Huge turnover rate, majority of workers quit within six months or sooner *Owners and management are terrible humans *It can get very busy and most of the time you’re short staffed. *If you’re looking for employee advancement it’s nonexistent. *I enjoyed working with the companions in the back, however the front staff love to think their in charge of you and create unnecessary drama.

Pros

As someone who loves a fast paced work environment, K9 Loft offered this and more. Friendly staff and management did a great job at delegating tasks even though the pressure on them is clearly way more than what everyone else had to do. We were able to connect with customers and doggies. I learned a lot about managing multile things like answering phones, selling and dog products. If you want to be challenged and be able to be your own person, this is a good place to work.

Cons

The building could use some help but I was told its the oldest building in the city and the owners did everything they could to fix things immediately instead of waiting to fix things. Some of the workers were on their phones and did't listen to the rules, but then complained when they were told to do something so just be a hard worker and you will be rewarded.
