Pros
Dogs, co-workers are awesome because you feel like family and care about your job, discount, bring in your doggy for free daycare and cheap boarding, gain knowledge in subjects regarding dogs(none of this is thanks to the owners, all they do is hire you and schedule)
Cons
1. Owners who do not care about their employees well being, always annoyed, no room for mistakes(even if they are unintentional) they will see you with "useless human" eyes, don't try to work with you because they are in charge, will never have a sincere question regarding your life because they don't care. 2. Understaff....this results in errors even from managers themselves, which I cannot blame them because its insane busy. 3. Stressed over customers who feel entitled and the owners that allow them to be entitled for profit. 4. Gray areas when it comes to allowing certain dogs to leave after daycare hours, but can be written up if they for some reason find that wrong . 5. You are encouraged by one of the owners to overbook groomers who have set a limit for the day, which can result in front staff and groomer in a predicament...pushing you to think you are above them. 6. Over booking boarding, grooming and daycare 7. The facility should be destroyed and rebuild because it is disgusting, the employees have to be in daycare with little ventilation sometimes, and the front sometimes suffers with smell. 8. Overworked because we are understaffed ALL THE TIME, may be because everyone quits, we aren't lazy! WE can definitely work under pressure but they over do it. 9. The owners sometimes don't communicate with each other regarding certain situations. 10. If you make a mistake they will not try to work with you if you want to make a request.
