Pros
The only thing I can think of is that maybe it gives someone exposure to a different industry/technology that could be useful on their resume later.
Cons
I’d like to address the 2 positive reviews (one rating states they are a manager) in which both say there isnt any downside to working here. I think we could all agree that the vast majority of the working population has probably never worked for a perfect company so it really seems like a very high self appraisal but then that doesnt seem unusual considering the general comments about the management here. In addition, I would be very concerned about any company having "about 98% of the people being new" as it sounds like everyone was terminated or resigned and now miraculously it’s a perfect environment .
