Pros
At one time innovate leadership and culture A brand that stood alone that others wanted to emulate. The original founder had massive amounts of innovation and partnered with a business minded leader and not sold off might still be in the game today.
Cons
Where to start, a parent organization who doesn't have accountability for poor choices in new leadership. The amount of senior leaders in a 3 year period is staggering. Determine if you want to play in the furniture sector or not. Very unfortunate what has happened to what was a company that led in innovation and culture.
