      Feedback is generic and disconnected from actual performance. Salaries consistently fail to keep up with inflation. Managers tend to prioritize their own interests over their teams'. Do more, get punished with more. Do less, get punished for less. Good work earns you more work. Bad work earns you blame. Neither is ever rewarded. Pulse polls, which were introduced as anonymous, turn out not to be, and employees who express dissatisfaction face repercussions.
