      Pros

      paid breaks and free food some nice people but they hated it and left

      Cons

      Working at itsu is hell. I experienced and saw so much bullying, management screaming at staff for no reason and everyone treating each other horribly. I often saw new people crying and having to leave. Almost every day we were understaffed despite being in a very busy location, i would have to do every job myself, running around the shop trying to do things while hundreds of customers come in with no help. People would have to work 1-2 hours overtime after the already long hours. Management was cruel and they dont care about anyone

      Needs to review the pay and bonus other than that nothing else.
