Pros
- The biggest advantage of the company is the possibility to take part in a REALLY interesting projects. That is the main thing that differentiate itCraft from other companies. The employee do not do the same o' same o', has the chance to improve and get new skills and can learn new technologies. Our projects vary, the company is involved in projects from different industries. - Very likable colleagues with different intrests make the atmosphere in the company good - we are growing bigger and bigger but still you have the possibility to work with most of your colleagues at the different projects. People from itCraft also meet each other doing different activities - we go out to grab a beer, play board games, PS4 etc. You really have a possibility to find new friends here. - The growth of the company - I always have this pleasant feeling that I am a part of this company. I see its growth and new accomplishments - I am in the company from 20 employees so I see the whole journey :) It is extremly satisfying. - Team building events - once a year we have this bigger team building event with different attractions (sneek peek: volleyball is a king among all) :) Additionally we have many different events during the whole year when we can meet each other (such as Christmas meeting).
Cons
- Possibility of remote work is quite restricted - the possibility of remote work without any reason is 2 days a month. More days are possible but not always accepted with enthusiasm. - The flow of information/communication between Warsaw, Bydgoszcz, Toruń and Gdańsk is not equivalent. I know that people responsible for that hustle to treat everyone equally but I think they still should put more effort into that.
