Pros

If you look good in Pink, you might enjoy your the T-shirt. Free Soda in some of the offices? That is about it.

Cons

Please understand this is a company that incentives current staff to create positive reviews of its pathetic technology in order to offset poor scores and results but those who actually use it, so you can rest assure some of these 5 Star reviews by current staff are of similar circumstance and intentional by management. Where to start when being critical of corporate greed? Probably the ones in charge of the $$$. This company is owned by a venture capital outfit that truly has no care for the industry or it's clients. Poor management, inconsistent organic growth, and a toxic sales culture has led them to focus on acquisitions as they can't hire and/or retain top talent. The turnover in all areas of this organization is ridiculous. Any company that continuously brags about it's "Culture" probably has issues with theirs. isolved is no exception to this. During my time there I saw blatant acts of sexual harassment, nepotism, preferential treatment, bullying all consistently going on by people in positions of leadership. The unrealistic expectations, goals, and company outlook makes it nearly impossible to be successful let alone make any real money, #WINASONE is as big a joke as the technology they sell. Speaking of the technology, it is mediocre at best, don't be fooled by the "badges and/or awards" that they rave about online. The core technology is old and clunky. Most of the new advancements are separate systems which they have cobbled together. They would push a new tech or module for a period and then it would just be gone, Mainly because the person who they bought the system from was the only one who knew how to use it and they were either let go to save money or left because they recognized what a dumpster fire isolved is. The entire sales process is predicated on a "Flashy Demo" until you get the product and realize it is about as real as the castle in the Wizard of Oz. When you get behind the Pink Curtain you realize it is just a greedy corporate organization, that missed it's window to go public, isn't good enough at any one thing for someone to want to buy it, and doesn't have the proper leadership to correct a decade worth of poor decisions. Long story short, run, hide, change your number, but whatever you do, don't work here. If you do, prepare for litigation or to be thoroughly disappointed in your decision.

Pros

As a leader at isolved, I’ve found it to be an exceptional environment for both personal and professional growth. The pace is fast, but that’s exactly what creates so many opportunities to stretch, take on new challenges, and build real leadership capability. You’re trusted with meaningful responsibility, and there’s a strong culture of accountability and ownership. The organization is full of smart, driven people who genuinely care about the business and each other. Collaboration is real here—teams lean in, support one another, and move quickly to solve problems. There’s also a strong sense of purpose in the work, especially in how we support our customers and their employees. We’ve also gone through a much-needed restructuring to better support our transformation and automation efforts. As a result, my own role—and many others—has become more efficient and effective. It’s a clear example of the company making thoughtful, practical decisions to improve how we operate. That’s just good business. Leaders are accessible, and there’s a clear focus on evolving the business, which means you’re constantly learning—whether it’s scaling operations, navigating change, or driving innovation. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to accelerate your growth, this is a place where you can do that.

Cons

The pace and expectations can be high, which may not be for everyone. Priorities can shift as the company continues to evolve, so you have to be comfortable with change and ambiguity.
