Pros
The one and only pro is that they have the strongest commission structure in the staffing industry. They pay you out up to 50% of a perm deal ($5K of a $10K invoice) if you recruit and account manage that deal. otherwise you'll make 25% of it if you do one of the two.
Cons
The environment here is incredibly misleading. Throughout your interview process you're drawn in from the charm of Taki, the managing partner. Within your first month of joining the organization you'll quickly realize that no one here operates with transparency, dignity or respect. They will flat out curse you on the floor for speaking against them trying to steal your candidate, they will spitefully block your candidates from being pushed forward for their roles bc the account managers just want to double end the deal by making money pushing their own candidates ahead instead of putting the true best candidate forward. They are corrupt, fraudulent, shady, abusive. You will lose your peace of mind being in this environment no matter how strong or positive you think you are starting off.
