iptiQ Response
3yHello, this feedback does not accurately reflect our ways of working. iptiQ & Swiss Re follow a professional and fair process for performance improvement if there are ever any performance concerns. Employees are not just fired as you describe. We follow a continuous performance management process and an open-door policy with Human Resources to address concerns. If you are a current employee there are many avenues for you to report any concerns of mistreatment (Human Resources, line manager, CEO, or with any member of the management team.)
We’ve repeatedly shared both global and regional strategy and initiatives during every employee town hall as well as held numerous Q&A sessions. Those recordings can be found on the intranet. In fact, 87% of our employees who responded to our employee engagement survey agree that they understand iptiQ's strategy and 89% agree that they understand how they contribute to the strategy. If you truly are a current employee, we strongly encourage you to speak up internally so we can address your concerns.
