I am included in a wide variety of projects that are building my understanding of cloud technology and help me develop business skills I wouldn't normally get exposure to. Our team is full of smart, passionate and dedicated people who are united and focused to create great customer experiences and build the future of cloud communication. Most importantly, I feel like a valued member of the team. The CEO in particular is so accessible and really cares about individual team members. During COVID many team members had their own challenges, the company supported people with a wellness and mental health program, on-site parking for those who needed it, and flexible arrangements to help manage family commitments and work. Not great for those who want to strictly work on step by step tasks. You need to be proactive and ready to be problem solver.

ipSCAPE is a wonderful organisation because of the product and its people. You don't often find an organisation whose employees are truly committed and passionate about the technology and how we can continuously improve it. I have tremendously enjoyed my time so far at this company- from the continual support from my co-workers to just being surrounded by the sheer amount of talent this organisation has to offer, has motivated me to keep producing work that I am proud of.
