      Good pay. Flexible timing. Good tax policy. Not using challenging and market standard technologies.

      Cons

      No new technology. Using oldest tech. Which have no value in market. No career growth. Not a developer process. No team work. Worst HR and team managers and most is TL. Lots of partiality and politics inside team.

      Small company so people have a close working relationship - good fair pay compared to others in same industry

      lots of investors so decisions at the top are difficult.. somewhat a rollercoaster ride
