* With the team spread out geographically, it can result in some meetings at less than ideal times * Holidays/Vacations can result in some issues due to the teams small size ** Time off has to be carefully scheduled to avoid overlaps ** Most of the team specialise in certain area's, so when they're on leave, some compartmentalised knowledge is unavailable.
