Pros
I’ve had real opportunities to grow within the company, who recognised my work and supported me in developing myself since day one. The people are one of the biggest reasons I enjoy working at iovox. Everyone is always supportive, friendly and easy to work with. Work-life balance is good, with reasonable expectations and flexibility when needed. The culture of the company encourages learning and developing oneself, there is everyday something new to learn and new skills to pickup, so you always feel like you are progressing professionally everyday, which also helps to stay motivated.
Cons
Remote work is great, but it sometimes makes it harder to build close, in-person relationships with colleagues. Because the team is spread out, coordination across time zones can sometimes slow things down.
