Pros

Well, if you've always dreamed of being a puppet in a circus, this is your chance! You'll get plenty of hands-on experience... in doing exactly what you're told, no questions asked. Plus, who wouldn’t want daily tech decisions made by people with zero technical knowledge but 100% confidence? It’s like watching a reality show—except you’re the one suffering.

Cons

Where do I begin? The leadership at Involve AI (and now JeevaAI) is a masterclass in how not to run a company. The founder and co-founder, with their stellar background from some unheard-of college, make all the technical decisions despite having no clue about tech. Their only mission? Keep the company barely afloat just long enough to secure their place in the US for good. To make things worse, the CEO is the poster child for arrogance. It's his way or no way, and the entire leadership team follows that toxic lead. They’re all in it for personal gain, not for building something meaningful. If you think JeevaAI is your next career move—think again. It's not a company; it’s a self-serving playground for leadership to manipulate the system while everyone else suffers.

Pros

-Personal growth on another level. A ton of learnings. The more learnings the more successful you will be.

Cons

-Startups can stretch your patience, but if you continue to learn success will come, just like it did here. Work hard, and you will be successful!

Pros

Great to break into the industry and see the "scammy" (should say the hustle) side of start-ups. Nonsense product, revolving door of employees, code base with too many architects, inconsistent leadership - the goal of this company is to survive by any means possible - to raise money for the "CEO" by misleading investors and customers. I believe they have pivoted into a new nonsense product - not sure what they are doing now, but probably the same old, same old, making an mvp, pitching to investors, inflating stats, etc etc You will be paid peanuts, be mistreated, but will gain an unique perspective and experience, the "underside" of start-ups, and really understand, anyone can start a startup. Oh and really good at debugging and churning out code. That being said, much respect to the "CEO" for supporting his fellow HB1s and providing a haven during this time of uncertainty.

Cons

It's like a sweatshop but instead of Nikes, its bad code.
