Pros

None, it truly is a horrible company.

Cons

If you talk to any previous employee of interviewstream that has left the company in the past 3 years, they will tell you what a waste of precious career time it was. This company is failing, and failing fast. Barely can keep the lights on any more. Yet the only response is to cycle in and out sales people to "fix" the problem. How many times will "sales process" be the answer to the problems? This company has a clueless private equity running the company to the ground, trying to make it a bunch of bones (there's what, 25 people left at the company?) to operate at the cheapest possible cost while their competition is surging past them with innovation, investment, and a response to a rapidly changing market. Their value prop is so weak at this point, and no new business growth and declining retention wreaks of it. Yet let's just keep blaming the sales people or the one developer left. On top of a clueless private equity, there is a clueless leader that's never done this before. Run, run, run away as fast as you can. You will avoid a major blow to your resume.

Pros

The only pro, and it's not much of a pro, is unlimited PTO. The only reason for unlimited PTO is to not have to pay out unused PTO when an employee quits, as there is VERY HIGH turnover of employees at this company

Cons

Leadership micromanages your every move. You will send an email and immediately be pinged 5 minutes later asking why you sent it. No new business coming in, leadership is away from Teams almost all day, no urgency to fix client or customer issues Dev team continues to be replaced or fired, archaic and old platform with consistent issues that are never fixed – Product is not scalable, no improvements, but leadership focuses on upselling ONLY, no other skills are worked on or improved upon at the company and your hard work is wasted daily. Leadership discourages independent-thinking and if you do not agree with what they say at all times, you will be looked at and treated differently. Extremely, almost concerning, high turnover rate in all departments of the company Leadership will tell you one thing and change your whole workflow one week, and the following week completely forget about what they told you Leadership becomes irritable and hostile if or when decisions are made without their input Leadership revises the work of employees after it has been finished, constantly and consistently Leadership is then surprised when team members never take initiative or come up with new, creative ideas
