One of a kind team building atmosphere, not common with most consulting firms. You really feel as part of a family. InterRel provides free education via youtube and books. Many companies who are not clients continue to purchase interRel's books and reference them as an original source. During my time, I saw excellent leadership by Edward Roske and those project managers I worked with.

Consulting is not for everyone.

interRel is a small company with a unique culture. They value education and employee growth along with a strong culture of caring and supporting employees. While expectations and standards are high, they also provide a flexible environment and encourage employees to find an appropriate level of work-life balance.

interRel is growing quickly and has had a few growing pains while working to smooth out some of their processes. Additionally, for most roles, travel is a requirement and there is no way around it (unless there is a global pandemic and all travel is halted). I know they strive for 50% travel but that is not always the case, depending on the client.
