      Pros

      Leadership is always accessible, they really care about their employees, always reward hard work, host lots of corporate social events and community service activities. Benefits and pay are great. Vacation plan in great. The employees are all fun to be around. This is really a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Most of the work is for TS SCI clearance positions and requires that clearance to already be held prior to application, which makes it difficult to refer new potential employees.

      Pros

      -Growing company, with opportunities both in client work and within the organization to grow your career. Hard work is typically rewarded. -Small company with not much overhead allows them to be top of the market in terms of salary and benefits (8% 401k match, almost all of health care costs covered.) -The flexibility of deciding your own work-life balance. -Accessible management team

      Cons

      -Like most small businesses in the intel space, switching jobs takes more time than a larger company.
