Review - Driver innergy Group Employee Review

Having worked for innergy for a number of years, I have always had great support from management, work related and otherwise. in 2018 I had emergency eye surgery and was fully supported by my Line Manager throughout. I had adjustments made to my working environment to assist my long term recovery. I had a difficult diagnosis in 2019 which required surgery and time off work over several months. I had amazing mental health support during my recovery and beyond. We have mental health First Aiders who recognise issues before the person experiencing them often do. People often speak of a 'family' in the workplace and we do nurture an all encompassing environment for staff to thrive, to explore our full potential and to reach this at a comfortable pace. Learning is encouraged, and no matter what, when we ask, help will always be given. I genuinely would not want to change my job, as innergy will be a hard act to follow. We have a Summer Social Event and also a Christmas Party all paid for. We have regular treats through the year, Easter Eggs, Halloween chocolates, and all sorts of other little 'thank you' gifts in between
