      Pros

      I had been working in init call as a full time Employee. Great Work Culture, You get to learn a lot. Good Management ,exposure to latest Technologies Hikes ,perks and salary revisions in every six months ,Indeed a motivation for employees to stay in that company

      Cons

      One may have to stay late nights for completing the tasks to meet the deadline which is not so often once or twice in month .
