Demotivating - Sales and Technical Support Representative ingogo Employee Review

The role seemed promising, I was told I would have plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and responsibilities but instead I was expected to stagnate, not being given any opportunity to do more for company but instead just sit around and do nothing once I had completed all my task. It was very demotivating, and I felt I could do alot more but they weren't interested.
