Terrible hoax start up - Engineer infibond Employee Review

Some of my compensation wasn't paid at the end. Beyond the compensation issues, the organization lacked basic operational discipline. Roles were unclear, hiring felt misaligned, and execution consistently failed to match stated goals. Initiatives that were publicly communicated were not supported by internal expertise or concrete delivery during my time there, which raised serious concerns about credibility. Management behavior contributed to a highly toxic environment. Psychological safety was absent, and fear-based pressure and public criticism were common. This was a deeply unprofessional experience, and I would strongly caution others based on what I personally experienced.
