Management does not communicate and has very little idea on what they are doing. Constant lying and avoidance of taking responsibility are to be expected at all times. The company culture is one of being thrown under the bus or throwing others under the bus. It has a “start up culture”. The benefits are very lacking and management doesn’t listen to suggestions for improvements. Avoid working here.
