11yActually, we do not hire and fire on a whim. We fire with cause. We have no tolerance for irresponsibility and disrespect, which goes both ways.

It is an excellent place to start a career. Everyday you find a new challenge and very interesting projects. You are also partner of the company.
Cons
Some times it could have high work load or you need to work extra in order to accomplish deadlines

Pros
With the time, projects are getting larger and more challenging, which allows all members of the team to improve their skills and grow as professionals. This also allows old employees to step up and lead new employees. The culture is great, the team is very collaborative and everybody trust each other. inQbation has a lab where internal state-of-the-art projects are developed, which allows employees to research, learn and develop new skills. Finally, overall, salaries are great.
Cons
From time to time, work is quite exigent, which is positive for those who are passionate and like learning new things, but it could be negative for those who prefer working only on what they know and don't do any extra effort.
