      No hike no collective agreement , they stopped giving profit sharing and bonus

      Pros

      Good Work life balance . Great co workers and helping. Very good diversity in office people are from different part of the word. Great WFH facility.

      Cons

      No salary hikes for long time . They pay bonus in very late not fixed which month they will pay. Very old tech stack ,no room to grow.
