      Pros

      Good benefits package (lunch, health insurance and doctor coverage via terveystalo, massage, fruit basket) Company is self-sufficient (but then there is no infinite investor money) Solution is really useful for the customers Possibility to grow and try different roles (because of new project or people leaving) Talented colleagues Good atmosphere

      Cons

      Some decisions which benefited the company in a short term are still affecting the architecture. 4 releases per year were too much, hopefully current switch to 2 releases will help. There is legacy code and requirements for old features may be hard to find or guess, but the company is 10 year old and there are improvements to the better.

      Thanks for the feedback and sorry it took so long for us to answer. I am glad that as a long time employee you enjoyed/are enjoying your time in in4mo! I feel that over the last 20 months we have significantly improved our structure around our product releases. We filled some of our documentation and legacy code gaps, some still exists of course. Since our acquisition by Solera we now also benefit from our coleagues expertise, which helps.

      Pros

      Good Work life balance . Great co workers and helping. Very good diversity in office people are from different part of the word. Great WFH facility.

      Cons

      No salary hikes for long time . They pay bonus in very late not fixed which month they will pay. Very old tech stack ,no room to grow.
