With the benefit of hindsight’s, it’s clear that some of the decisions we took in the past lead to your frustration.
Please note that we are working hard to address the issues you raised with multiple initiatives in place to bring timely requirements, systematic project tracking, more autonomy for team leaders, to commit to fewer releases and deliver better companywide communications…
As a small company, striking the right balance between achieving the required short-term growth while preparing for a sustainable long-term future is difficult and sometimes we had to make painful compromises.
On the other hand, we also believe that there are also a lot of positives in in4mo which is worth considering:
- We operate at the exciting intersection of 2 major industries ongoing deep transformation: the insurance and the construction industry
- We are expanding to new bigger markets and have just acquired our first customer in this new market
- We have a good reputation of taking care of our customers
- We have a diverse and multi-cultural team able to move mountains…
As a summary we are changing, hopefully for the better :-)
