      Pros

      Small business casual work environment with flexible work schedule. Good opportunity for highly motivated sales people needing flexible schedule like mom's and college students.

      Cons

      There are no insurance benefits package available. Sales positions are commission based so unless highly motivated wouldn't be a good fit.
