Current ED created a hierarchical structure with many layers of upper management, middle management, group leaders, team leaders. Where feedback from lower levels is filtered via broken telephone through the levels and either deflected or ignored along the way. ED claims to be open to feedback--but only if it's in line with his own agenda. There is no transparency and decisions are made from the top without any satisfactory explanation to lower levels. ED is manipulative and any disagreement or suggestions for change will result in your life being made more difficult until you finally leave. Beware of tasks/roles assigned by ED and upper management-- you may be set up for failure and left to take the fall even if what you did was previously 'approved' by upper management.
