Great company - Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) improveit! 360 Employee Review

Open Door environment. Career advancement opportunity. Managers are fair, honest, and trustworthy. Employee's that put in the effort, get rewarded and oftentimes, promoted. I read some of the other reviews on here and would have to imagine that those past employee's gave minimal effort and under performed.

The pace can be very fast at times and I wasn't ready for that. I've since adjusted and welcome the fast pace and ever changing culture.

Very flexible with scheduling and allowing work from home. I learned a lot while I was there. For the most part really nice people working there. It's a great place for someone that want's to get their first 'real-job', but it's a stepping stone opportunity.

Depends on the manager. Some are really good while others were/are not. As a start-up you are required to wear many hats, if you don't like that, it's not for you. The salary scale is dismal at best. Be prepared to not be compensated what you are worth at all.
