      Pros

      There is too much good to be able to put here but the short of it is this place is great to work. They know they are not perfect but they take ideas from all to make it better and that is so refreshing. Everyone is open and honest and from the interview process I went through to onboarding to getting going has been exceptional.

      Cons

      The culture may not be for everyone if you don’t like positivity and openness. For me it is a great fit

      Company has a strong culture of inclusivity and transparency. Pay is decent enough. Family atmosphere. Bonus opportunity company wide at the end of the year. Great benefits. Community centered.

      Lack of upward mobility opportunities.
