Pros
The management is fair and listens to what you have to say. After a week of working at imageOne, I was asked what was wrong with the company in hopes of being able to improve it. They know they have faults, but are consistently working to try to improve. They reward employees for hard work and they never throw any suggestion just to the side. They are very strong in their core beliefs and if you don't fit them, you won't fit in with the company. By far, the best place I've ever worked! For the first time in my life, I don't dread going into work every morning.
Cons
I would absolutely tell you if there were cons because one of imageOne's core values is honesty, but the fact of the matter is... I haven't found a con yet. I'll let you know if I do.
