We’re excited to share that we have over 30 active job postings, which are available to both internal and external applicants. We're working hard to create a high performance culture of top talent and recognize that it is sometimes necessary to hire externally when the required skillset doesn't exist within the current population. Our contractors are valued members of the workforce and fill a specific void on projects or teams, but many have been converted to full-time when the right opportunity has come available. Our recent transformation has helped to better align staff and create clearly defined reporting structures. We're also maintaining efforts to improve how we deliver service to our clients.
