New Salesforce software takes up so much time and is used to micromanage you.
Little room for advancement
401k is marginal at best 3% pay at the end of the year, so if you leave early you get nothing.
Mass exodus of all salespeople. OTS (entry level), TSM (mid level) and RSM (Regional manager of OTS and TSM).
Key inside technical people are leaving as well.
