I am so sorry to read that you have had such a poor experience of being part of our team here at ieso, and I am very grateful that you have brought this to our attention. We are usually proud of our induction and onboarding programmes but having read your review, we will certainly be taking another look to see what can be improved. Whilst this is certainly a busy and changeable place to work, many of our people find this invigorating and motivating. However, reading that you felt overwhelmed by your workload and unsupported by management is something I will personally explore and look to rectify.
