Pros
The colleagues I worked with were genuinely great—supportive, friendly, and always willing to help each other out. Despite the chaos from above, the team spirit and camaraderie made the day-to-day a lot more bearable. It’s clear that the people here are the company’s biggest asset.
Cons
The management here is chaotic at best, completely absent at worst. There's no clear direction, communication is inconsistent (or non-existent), and priorities change on a whim with no explanation.
The lack of leadership trickles down into every department. Deadlines are missed, responsibilities are constantly shifting, and employees are left to fend for themselves in a whirlwind of confusion. It often felt like no one was steering the ship.
Here’s no clear structure or workflow; it's just a constant state of confusion.
One of the most frustrating aspects is the uneven workload distribution. Some employees are completely overloaded, juggling multiple roles and drowning in tasks with no support, while others are left sitting around with nothing to do, unsure of their responsibilities or how they fit into the team. It’s demoralizing for everyone.
There’s no system in place to track workload or performance, so efforts go unnoticed.
