Pros

Opportunity to work on challenging problems and gain hands-on experience. Some colleagues were collaborative and supportive, which made day-to-day work manageable.

Cons

Some government perks was not provided despite meeting eligibility criteria, which significantly affected trust and the working culture like so called GALA companies . Promotions did not consistently reflect performance, with hardworking employees often overlooked while favouritism influenced advancement which is 100% favouritism. You have to agree that if 2+2 = 5 then yes the answer is 5. No ESOPs were granted even after four years of service whereas employees working one level below me received it because of favouritism , and commitment toward mid-level employees felt biased. There was also a noticeable lack of structured processes, with a strong focus on quantity over quality. At times, products moved to production without adequate validation, creating unnecessary risk and pressure on teams. Overall transparency around compensation, growth, and decision-making was limited.

Pros

Interesting product and idea, and other interns were nice.

Cons

No real positives in my experience - poor project management with no guidance, rather they ended up blaming the interns for not performing. Poor work culture, with managers often shouting at employees rather than treating them like adults. A lot of employees didn't seem very motivated.
