As part of the engineering team, I'm proud of the mature infrastructure we've built here. Our CI/CD pipelines and dedicated QA processes ensure that we are shipping reliable, high-quality code. It’s an incredibly rewarding place for anyone who values strong engineering standards and modern deployment practices. I also enjoy the work/life balance, being able to spend time building out a popular automation framework on GitHub, as well as having time to create YouTube videos for teaching others how to use it. Being 100% remote adds an extra high level of flexibility.

Because the role is 100% remote, it comes with the standard challenges of any distributed team. Eg. It's entirely up to you to build out your own social life outside of work.

I was recently promoted to Director of Sales Operations, and one of the things I've appreciated most throughout my career here has been the opportunity to grow and take on new challenges. I've been trusted with increasing responsibility over the years, worked on a wide variety of projects, and have had the chance to continuously learn and develop professionally. I've worked closely with many teams across the company over the years and have always found the people to be one of the biggest strengths here.
