Pros

pay schedule: You’ll never be bored waiting for your salary. Payments arrive only when the CEO is in a good mood, so there’s always an element of surprise. No fixed pay date keeps life exciting. Financial management: Sometimes you receive half your salary on one random day and the other half on another unknown day. A great opportunity to learn personal financial management and survival skills. Teaches you how to budget without knowing when or how much money will come in next. You have to be CEO's favourite in order to get your job stable, or else you will be always like scare when will you get scolded or screamed.

Cons

Leadership decisions change randomly with zero explanation. Planning is basically impossible. The CEO operates on a personal rulebook of “I don’t care, I want it my way,” with no real thought given to process or feasibility. Employees are always thrown under the bus to keep customers happy, even when the issue is clearly the customer’s fault. Blaming staff in front of clients is normal behavior. Being called “stupid” over small mistakes is part of the management style. You’re expected to magically know everything, including tasks completely outside your job scope. If not, expect yelling and insults. Work-life balance does not exist. Weekends are fair game, and you’re expected to drop everything instantly. Unrealistic expectations: you’re questioned for being “too slow” even when a customer raised the issue 15 minutes ago — especially for problems you’ve never handled before. Constant pressure, emotional management, and public humiliation create a toxic work environment.

Pros

I see no pros for this company. I would rather be unemployed than work another day here.

Cons

Communication is near zero from all fronts, especially the CEO. No consistent payment schedule, good luck trying to manage your finances. No separation from personal life and work life. Expect to complete work over the weekends as you would during the work week.

Pros

Salary is paid twice a month, and the total payout may be higher than what some previous reviews suggested. SME environment where employees may gain exposure to multiple responsibilities and functions. Employees are generally hardworking and committed despite operational challenges.

Cons

Salary payment structure (twice monthly) was not clearly communicated upfront and may make personal financial planning difficult for some employees. Work scope is very broad and often extends beyond the official job role, with many ad-hoc tasks assigned regardless of responsibility. Frequent shifting priorities, where everything is treated as urgent while expectations remain for speed and zero mistakes. Lack of proper processes and documentation due to high staff turnover and poor handover practices. Important information is often unavailable or difficult to locate. Poor coordination between Finance and Operations. Key contract details and workload information are not shared with Operations, making it difficult for teams to plan or respond when management requests updates. Efforts to build shared systems and improve processes require significant pushing but often receive limited support, resulting in duplicated work. High stress environment with frequent blame and criticism when issues arise. Unprofessional communication practices, including calls during lunch breaks or non-working hours over matters already explained in emails. Some incidents of internal issues being escalated to clients directly, which may affect company credibility. Due to workload and stress levels, sick leave rates appear relatively high, possibly reflecting employee burnout.
