Had a chance to be great. Visionary leaders. Some great coworkers.

Shady Board of Directors. Lazy coworkers used to previous leadership.

There has definitely been an upward swing here at Oberon. Some days its even an exciting place to work. The team has taken something that was very broken and adjusted to seal some of the gaps. Positive change is a process and most here are really ready and willing to get their hands dirty and help out with digging us from the hole we were in. There are still some dinosaurs who need to go as they are dragging down the process in many aspects but I am confident that as time progresses and the team grows stronger as a whole success will be achieved. It really is a great place to work and I really feel that the management team is very open and honest in communicating where we are and what we need to do.

The energy level, though improving, is low due to recent major layoffs and job uncertainty.
