Pros

iWay has a technology warehouse that is similar to a candy store. There is availability for exposure to lots of different types of technology, and a great possibility for learning if you can handle learning it on your own. There is a lot of potential for good things from iWay, including decent benefits, and neat little employee perks. There are very helpful network administrators here, who will bend over backwards to get you anything you need to make your job easier. Peers are all very focused on getting the tasks done quickly and efficiently. Title promotions are available.

Cons

The upper management is severely entrenched. There is almost no information sharing what so ever. There are several good eggs in the carton if you can locate them, but the people who are in charge of the division are disrespectful, unprofessional, politically motivated, and the cause of much of the chaos inside. There is a massive amount of in-fighting. There is NO software development life cycle whatsoever. This place is straight up, cowboy coding. No plan for future innovation, no code freezes, constant quality problems, constant fire-fighting, fixes and features are 90% implemented due to customer demands, and lots of the work is being outsourced. Raises? Nope. Not enough emphasis on QA.
