Excellent People - from office boys to directors. All are helpful and supportive. You can share your thoughts with the company's directors directly. No fear. Good overall pay & annual hikes if you're recognized. You will keep learning all the time.
Cons
Office environment - infrastructure. Lack of scope and company's road map - very vague. Need to understand - It is all the time proved - have dedicated test teams and quality guys for every project.
