Pros

The team is great, and it’s been a pleasant experience. It’s a good opportunity for beginners seeking exposure. However, long-term growth is limited, as the organization tends to rely on junior resources or interns for heavy responsibilities, which can affect work quality and recurring business.

Cons

If you are assigned offshore, your EOW benefits like PF with iVolve PK may be frozen. While, in principle, all dues should be settled if you accept an overseas offer, this is often used as a pressure tactic. However, overseas companies cannot legally withhold payments due to strict labor laws in those countries. Unfortunately, in Pakistan, there’s little recourse, so it’s likely you may not receive these dues.
