Instead of handling things professionally, HR often calls to inform you that today is your last day, with no prior warning and no legitimate explanation. It’s a situation where respect and transparency are completely absent. In all my years of experience, spanning over 10 years, I’ve never witnessed such toxic and unprofessional behavior from any organization. The lack of integrity and fairness is beyond disappointing.
