Pros

Great LoDo location, free Friday lunch, still some bright people working there

Cons

Current leader has not been able to fill the shoes of the founders since they left. Weak vision, no real strategy for the business. Without strong leadership at the top, VPs are not aligned on direction and lead their departments independently, often resulting in conflict and frustration for staff. Major brain drain over last 12 months - many of the best and brightest have left for better opportunities elsewhere. Can't hire enough new talent fast enough to offset this. Culture can be fun, but feels contrived to offset the corporate feel that continues to increase.

Thank you for your candor. We take feedback very seriously and are excited about the energy and direction our new leadership is already bringing to the table. Hopefully this review will be updated in a month or two with tales strong strategic direction and engagement!

Pros

Fun and dynamic environment with a diverse staff. Coming from a very large company I enjoy the start up environment. Everyone regardless of level has an equal say in the decision making process.

Cons

Growing at a rapid pace which brings some challenges but many more opportunities to contribute.

Pros

There are some very smart people still employed here. The future promise of the product idea was very motivational. Good pay, decent benefits. Most days, the working environment at iTriage seem better than the situations with the other orgs in our Denver office.

Cons

There has been no leadership regarding the future direction of the product since the founders left a year and a half ago. New leadership was brought in in May and there was a lot of hope and hype. However, that new leader has demonstrated that he doesn't get client-side product development. The leadership is now focused on cronyism and slinging around trendy buzzwords. There is no plan for the future of the product and the best and brightest are leaving in droves due to the toxic political culture.
