      iTrellis is a great company to work for where employees aren't just another number in the system. Management cares about each and every person not only relating to on the job issues but also in terms of personal life and career development.

      Cons

      - Have to pay out of pocket to park at Seattle office - Primary office is in Seattle, would be nice if an east-side option was available - Pay not always up to current industry levels

      iTrellis is a great place to work. There is reasonable flexibility, good pay, solid benefits, and great opportunities for growth and learning across different clients and projects. There is also a strong encouragement from management to grow your skills and this is supported by incentives to gain relevant certifications. This is a company where good work is recognized and rewarded by management.
