The company claims it’s “struggling,” so salaries get delayed. But somehow there’s always budget for aesthetic upgrades - hundreds of plants, expensive decor, lakhs spent just to make the office look Instagram-ready. Employees get pay cuts because “targets weren’t met,” yet the office space is expanded with half of it sitting empty. And on top of that, leadership thinks yelling at people is management. Maybe just pay your employees first. Basic priority.

Helpful and cooperative team members who guide when needed. 4. Management is approachable and open to suggestions. 5. Good opportunities for growth with exposure to diverse tasks.
